What are you hoping to achieve

I am very proud of my achievements as an athlete and I have achieved many of my goals which I set out for myself which include representing my country at an international championship. I am currently training seven days a week. At the moment I am being very careful with the amount of training I am doing because I am still quite young and I don't want to burn out, and not be able to compete well as a senior athlete.

How does LineBreak help

The reason why I wear LineBreak is that I love the compression garments and the benefits I receive out of them. I have been using LineBreak for quite a bit of my athletic career and they are my favourite item of clothing for both training and racing. In winter, I mainly used the Performance Compression Tights and the Elite LS Compression Top because often I am training very early in the morning, in very cold weather. The benefits that your compression gear provide are amazing. They keep me very warm and help to reduce the buildup of lactic acid, which really helps me put in great training sessions. Not only do I use LineBreak garments in the winter, but also in the summer, as they also protect me from the sun.
