Tell us about yourself

I play AFL for Newcastle City at club level. I play rep AFL for Newcastle. i also play cricket in 2nd division for Redhead and i am trialing for the rep cricket team this weekend. I train twice a week in town at AFL training and also run approx 5km down beach daily. I also bike ride to school some days as it is a difficult ride. I compete every Friday night for Newcastle City. I also surf, or try to. I play guitar as well.

 Playing state trials AFL in 2007 (Northern Heat) Making rep Captaining my team last year to a grand final loss.

What are you hoping to achieve

I am hoping to play AFL for my favourite team the Western Bulldogs, or any other team.

How does LineBreak help

I have used linebreak long leg compression last year and use in training. I have been very pleased with the results. I didn't have any injuries whatsoever using them.

Played first grade over the weekend in the SCG Country Cup. We won over Narara and this weekend we are playing against Kincumber Avoca DCC.

The season has been really good so far. Our team is now guaranteed a spot in the finals and hopefully we make it through to the grand final. The 18’s competition is now over and we had an alright season. Cricket season is coming now and I am hoping to break into the 2nd grade side at Belmont this coming summer.

Ps, I got my L’s a few days ago so I am now driving around and its lots of fun.

We won rep AFL yesterday against the Central Coast. We have another rep game next week on Wednesday in Blacktown. AFL has been going well. Our team is lined up to make the finals this year.

In U/16s we are on fire!!!! 4 wins straight, and we play the top team this weekend. We play Cardiff, they haven't lost a game all year. But the way we are playing we will change that. We are tie second with Warners Bay and Northern Sharks.

In the U/18s we have struggled a bit, but things are starting to get better. We played Terrigal Avoca at home last Saturday and lost by one point, on the siren. We had a shot on the siren from the flank to win the game, but we only got a behind, unfortunately.

All in all AFL is going well

We played our first game of the year last night, we lost but we were in the game the whole time until the last 10 mins. Our side is full of younger, inexperienced players and we played well. The linebreaks have been going awesome. I played a good game with a number of tackles, smothers and possessions/disposals.

I am about to grade for my red-tip in Hap-Ki-do which is very exciting - if i pass i will be 3 belts off black
