Tell us about yourself
Im a para - cyclist track sprinter specialising in the kilo (a 1km individual time trial) a race that's against the clock. I represented NSW at the 2010 Australian Track Championships, attaining the silver medal. I race every week during the track season with the Wagga Wagga Club.
In 2009 i was voted by my fellow cyclist as the hardest worker/rider in the bunch. In 1987 i represented Australia at the F.E.S.P.I.C games in Japan for athletics. I ride 6 days a week with several tough sessions the norm, go to the gym twice a week and have one rest day a week, It is pretty full on.

What are you hoping to achieve
I'm aiming for inclusion in the 2012 Para Cycling Australian track squad for the 2012 London Para Olympics.

2011 has been a great year so far, i trained all through winter building up my strength, and endurance, Track racing in Wagga on Wednesday nights have been going great with a regular placings of 1st 2nds and thirds on a weekly basis.
i went to the NSW Individual Time Trial Championships at Dunc Gray Velodrome in November, and came back with a Gold Medal and a PB to boot. I have been selected for the NSW state team to compete at the Australian National Track Championships in Melbourne 15th - 19th December 2011. if i go well there hopefully ill make it on a national team.
